Less than two yrs ago i weighed a frightenin 410 pds. I, myself, struggled with some detrimental medical issues. High blood pressure, diabetes, heavy onset sleep apnea, and chronic fatigue - those were just the physical issues.  I also, struggled with depression, anxiety, poor self esteem... just to name a few. 

Progressively over the past 18 months I have managed to rid myself of all those issues, both medical and emotional.  With the support and help I have managed to overcome all of my medical issues.  I have lost 183 pds and am now weighing 227... I'm getting closer to my goal everyday!!

Yvonne's work with me has been wonderful.  She has helped me improve my fitness and endurance, which has improved my tennis games.  She regularly tailors the work around a minor injury and pain, ensuring I keep moving forward while doing no harm.  

Her work with me is a key component to ensuring I can continue to be active for many, many years to come.
